Hello, I'm Santiago Rosas, an artist and illustrator from Montevideo, Uruguay.

My passion lies in creating artwork that spans fantasy, sci-fi, horror, and everything in between. While I thrive in these genres, I'm always happy to explore new creative horizons.

A gamer since birth, I love TCGs, indie games, and dark fantasy media. MTG, Dark Souls, Opeth, Evangelion, that's my jam.

Achievements

• In 2025 I received the first place Manu Bose prize for art, handed by Dream Foundry.

• In 2025 I received the single prize for category C of the Tenth (X) Illustration Prize by the National Culture Directorate of Uruguay.

• In 2026 I was awarded the Illustration of the Year prize by the Especulative Literature Fundation for my piece Cosmic Allure.

Education

• In 2010 I studied "Video Games and Animation" career in ORT University

• In 2025 I completed Paul Scott Canavan's Mentorship "Mastering Imaginative Realism"
